                             (WESS 2002)

   Sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers

Following the success of three previous workshops on Source Code 
Analysis and Manipulation in Florence in 2001, Montreal in 2002 and 
Amsterdam in 2003, it was decided to hold a similar workshop in Chicago 
on the 14th and 15th September 2004 at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel.

Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. There 
will also be a special issue of the Journal of Systems and Software for 
extended versions of selected papers from SCAM 2004.



Deadline for submission : 5th April 2004
Notification : 4th June 2004
Camera Ready Due : 2nd July 2004
Workshop : 14th and 15th September 2004


The Source Code Analysis and Manipulation workshop focuses upon 
algorithms and tools for source code analysis and manipulation, tools 
which implement them and ways in which the techniques can be combined. 
The workshop is a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas.
