The First International Workshop on Data and Semantic Engineering
for Emerging Technology and Services (
DASE2008)

http://ist.kunsan.ac.kr/DASE2008/

Submission Deadline:  June 30, 2008

11~13 November 2008, Novotel Ambassador Busan, Busan, Korea
(Conjunction with
ICCIT2008)

Overview
The purpose of the First International Workshop on Data and Semantic Engineering for Emerging Technology and Services (DASE2008) is to find out and discuss issues and possible solutions to address efficient management, usability, reliability, security, flexibility, scalability, and extensibility of data and semantics for emerging technology and services. Advanced research applications for DASE include Semantic Grid, semantic GIS, semantic sensor networking, and semantic social networking including the Semantic Web. DASE also includes all challenges for management of data, context, metadata, semantics, applications, and services under pervasive computing, ad-hoc/wireless sensor network, and ubiquitous computing environments.
