日本データベース学会の皆様、 NICT/東大の梅本です。 同僚のRage Uday Kiran先生の依頼により、国際会議IEA/AIE 2020のCFP(投稿締切: Dec 15; 会議開催: Jul 21-24)をお送りさせていただきます。 === IEA/AIE-2020 CONFERENCE IN JAPAN Dear folks We are sending you this announcement for the Thirty-Third International Conference on Industrial, Engineering & Other Applications of Applied Intelligent Systems (IEA/AIE-2020) on July 21-24, 2020, https://jsasaki3.wixsite.com/ieaaie2020 We are looking forward to seeing you at IEA/AIE-2020 conference in the wonderful city of Kitakyushu, Japan and request that you submit a research paper to the conference. A copy of the call for papers is at the end of the email. We hope you will be able to participate. Whether you are new to IEA/AIE, or you are one of our conference veterans, please come and join us for another exciting conference on applications of Applied Intelligent Systems while enjoying the summer beauty in Japan. Kitakyushu is a wonderful place to visit. The most beautiful place in Kitakyushu is the Kawachi Wisteria Garden. This garden features two, 100 meter long tunnels, of 20 different species of Wisteria flowering plants. In addition to the botanical garden, you can visit the Kokura Castle. The Kokura Castle was built in 1602 and burned in a fire in 1866. The castle was rebuilt in 1959 and is now made from ferro-concrete. The grounds of the castle features cherry blossoms and a Japanese garden and pond. Inside the castle is five floors of local history displays, an interactive zone and a small theater where you can get a hands-on and visual experience of past castle life. On the top floor you can experience a beautiful panoramic view of the city. If you enjoy watching boats pass by, Moji Port is the place for you. Visit the oldest station on the Kagoshima line. Built in 1914, it is one of the last remaining wooden station in Japan. Just outside of the station you can find many other historical buildings located on a waterfront area. Most of the buildings were built a century ago to accommodate for Japan's rising trade. If you want to see the area from above there is the Mojiko Retro Observation Room, which is located 103 meters above the ground. This provides good views of the port and the many historical buildings below. If manga is of interest to you, then visit the Kitakyushu Manga Museum to learn the history of Japanese comics and learn about famous works such as the Space Battleship Yamato series. , Here are some of the great benefits in store for conference participants: 〓 IEA/AIE has been listed in the tier 1 research meetings in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Robotics / Human Computer Interaction Artificial Intelligence Conference Ranking. It is also listed among top five first rank Industrial Engineering conferences. 〓 If accepted, your paper will be published in the prestigious Springer/Verlag’s "Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence" series as a part of the IEA/AIE-2020 conference proceedings. 〓 If selected, your paper will be published along with other outstanding papers in a special issue of the prestigious International Journal of Applied Intelligence 〓 Members of participating organizations can look forward to conference discounts. Remember, everyone is welcome, so let your friends and colleagues know about this exciting event and the opportunities it will provide. For further details on how to participate, see our conference ‘Call for Papers’, provided below and browse the conference website https://jsasaki3.wixsite.com/ieaaie2020.
