Updated Call For Participation: MDM 2004

We invite you to join us at the 2004 IEEE International Conference on
Mobile Data Management (MDM 2004), to be held January 19-22, in
Berkeley, California, USA. MDM is sponsored by IEEE TCDE and TCI, and
in cooperation with ACM SIGMOBILE and SIGMOD.

Some of the program highlights include:
* Keynote speech by Dr. Joseph Hellerstein, Associate Professor of UC
  Berkeley and Director of Intel Research Berkeley.
* Tutorials on data stream processing and dessimination,
  context-aware computing, location data management, and query
  processing for sensor networks.
* 27 research-track papers, covering a wide range of topics such as
  context awareness, broadcast channel management, location-based
  services, QoS issues, ubiquitous systems, power-consumption-
  conscious mobile computing, and vehicle applications.
* Industry-track presentations from IBM, INRIA, Lucent, Microsoft,
  Oracle, KDDI, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
* A panel discussion on mobile agents.
