Manuscript Due: March 1, 2010
Acceptance Notification: April 15, 2010
Camera-ready version: May 5, 2010

2. Publication
===============

IET FC'10 Proceedings will be published by IET.
(Indexed by EI (Compendex), IET Digital Library, DBLP, Google Scholar, etc.)

Selected best papers will be recommended for publication
in special issues of IET Transactions (SCI-indexed).

3. Call for special session
============================

Special sessions are intended to provide a forum for the discussion of a
specific topic between an international group of researchers. Each special
session should have at least 4 paper presentations and preferably no more
than 12. The organizer of this session will be responsible for advertising
the special session, reviewing and selecting the papers. Papers accepted
will be published in the conference proceedings. Please send us your
proposal containing title of the proposed session and description to
icfc2010 [at] gmail.com

4. Award
=========

The Student Paper Award is given to the best paper by a student author,
as judged by a panel nominated by the IET FC. The winner will be invited
to present his paper in a session of the conference, and the award will
be presented in a ceremony. All students working on topics in Computer
Science are encouraged to submit a paper.
