   Advances, developments in computing systems and innovative technologies are 
fast growing towards more complex, heterogeneous, dynamically scalable, ubiquitous, 
autonomic, and trustworthy computing systems. The cloud computing technology, as an 
abstraction of concealed complex infrastructure of virtualized resources and provided 
as web services, has spurred the grand challenges in computing. The aim of FiSTA-2013 
workshop is to provide a venue of scientific interaction of grand challenging research 
areas of and development of future infrastructure/platforms of complex network computing 
system technologies, innovations and applications.
Topics include, but are not limited to the following: 
   Cloud/Grid/Cluster Computing/Systems, Green Computing/Communication, Sustainable Cloud, 
Intelligent/Mobile Agents, Ontologies in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), 
Biologically Inspired Algorithms in ICT Systems Design, Social Networking and Computing, 
Web and Grid Service-based Applications, Wireless Mobile/Pervasive Computing, Autonomic 
Computing, Service Oriented Computing, Parallel/Distributed Computing Techniques.

Paper Submission Guidelines: 
   The submitted papers must be between 6 to 8 pages long formatted according to 
IEEE Computer Society CPS rules and will be reviewed by two to three reviewers. 
Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of 
the authors should register and orally present the work in the conference.

   Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of 
their paper for a special issue on International Journal of Grid and High 
Performance Computing, IGI Publishing, (Scopus, EI).
