Selected papers presented at the conference will be published after further improvement and revision at Special Issues in IEEE Access, WCMC, Oxford The Computer Journal, IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, IET Intelligent Transport Systems, along with 5 other SCI/SCIE journals.

# SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Authors must timely submit their manuscripts via EasyChair system. All papers must be uploaded in PDF and editable files (Word/Latex) following the IEEE proceedings format. Detailed submission guidelines can be found on IMCOM 2021 website (imcom.org).

* Regular papers should be from 5 to 8 pages.
* Short papers should be from 2 to 4 pages.
