ICONIP 2022 will deliver keynote speeches, invited talks, full and short paper presentations, posters, tutorials, workshops, social events, etc. Like previous years, the Proceedings are proposed to be published in the Springer series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS). Selected papers will be published in a special issue of an SCI journal.
